By accessing or using Tollgate ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Tollgate provides real-time gross-margin observability, analytics, and alerting services for AI agents. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

Tollgate is an analytics infrastructure platform. We process token usage, pricing events, and performance metadata.

Crucial Data Promise: Tollgate strictly monitors metadata. We DO NOT ingest, process, store, or transmit prompt contents, completions, chat histories, or raw multimodal data. Our SDKs are hardcoded to reject payload content.

To use Tollgate, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Tollgate utilizes distributed rate limiting to maintain service stability; deliberate evasion of rate limits is grounds for immediate account suspension.

Tollgate is a paid service. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

• Payment Processor: All payments are processed securely through our authorized third-party payment processor, Razorpay. Tollgate does not store your full credit card information.
• Billing Cycle: Fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) according to your selected plan.
• Taxes: Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be calculated and applied at checkout via Razorpay where required by law.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or specific SLA agreements.

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Tollgate, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your data as outlined therein. We employ enterprise-grade security, including AES-256-GCM envelope encryption for sensitive integrations and Multi-AZ infrastructure.

Tollgate and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tollgate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your own usage data and integrations.

In no event shall Tollgate, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings panel, which will trigger a cascading deletion of your data.
